Oversee the rest of the city’s media, public relations and communications needs, including speaking for the city and oversight of television and print media interviews with department heads.

Lead the city’s municipal television broadcast channel operations, including all content creation. Initiated, secured financing and now managing the city’s first comprehensive website redesign in over a decade, to include first ever integration with social media and mobile platforms.

Retained for an array of government and public relations services across a range of business and public sectors. Specializing in multimedia creative advertising, social media marketing and all facets of business, initiative and candidate campaigns. Highlights include VA Railway Express commuter rail expansion and $19M communications contract for Harris Corporation.

Co-founded, branded and led partnership with local elected officials in effort to bring a Washington Nationals’ Minor League Baseball affiliate to Fredericksburg region of Virginia. Built a regional citizen coalition numbering in the thousands in support of the initiative.
