Lead the city’s municipal television broadcast operations, including all content creation. Initiated, secured financing and now managing the city’s first comprehensive website redesign in over a decade, to include first ever integration with social media and mobile platforms.
Retained for an array of government and public relations services across a range of business and public sectors. Specialized in dealmaking, government negotiations, creative advertising, social media marketing and all facets of business, initiative-based and candidate campaigns. Highlights include VA Railway Express commuter rail expansion and $19M communications contract for Harris Corporation.
Co-founded, branded and led partnership with local elected officials in the effort to bring a Washington Nationals’ Minor League Baseball (MiLB) affiliate to the Fredericksburg region of Virginia. Built a regional citizen coalition numbering in the thousands in support of the initiative.
Responsible for web and print publications. “Message packaging” responsibilities included designing and creating news media infographics and marketing material for the Democratic Caucus of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Progressed through promotions to position of Vote Analyst for the Democratic Caucus of the U.S. Senate. Responsibilities included analyzing voting statistics and patterns of all U.S. Senate votes and creating related publications for the public record.
